I have been wanting to make a new welcome sign, and I finally finished it!

I started out with a plain unfinished cabinet door.

I glued on a wood embellishment and painted the whole project silver/gray.

Then, I painted over the silver with and Heirloom white paint

I then sanded it a bit here and there to give it a little of an antique look.

For the letters - I cut some old cedar fence boards to the size I wanted.

Then, I cut out some stencils with my cricut (any stencil will work).

I painted the letters.

Lastly, I glued the letters to the cabinet door.
